Rebuilding the hatchery.

The hatchery is back up and running, if not completely the way it was yet. Many people volunteered to help rebuild it, but cost was still accrued because they had to be fed. Turtles are again coming ashore to lay eggs which are being collected for the hatchery, so things are approximately back to normal.
